General Questions

Sure! You can enjoy up to 2 months discount if you pay every year.
After signing up, you will have 1 year of the trial period on the free subscription plan!
No credit card is required when signing up for a trial period. If you subscribe to one of Stintar Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plans after the trial, you will provide credit card (or another payment method) information for Stintar billing provider PayPal or Stripe.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
We can adjust your subscription costs based on the time left in your current billing period. For example, if you change your subscription plan halfway through the month, we will calculate how much you have already paid and how much time is left. You paid $10 for the month, but you only used half of it. That means you have $5 left to use. If you switch to a new plan that costs $30, we will use the $5 as a credit towards the new plan. This means you only need to pay $15 for the remaining 15 days of the month. So, switching plans will cost you only $10. You will be charged this amount when you change plans, but your billing date will stay the same. You will be charged $30 for the new plan from next month onwards.
Your subscription plan will remain the same until the next time you are charged. If you change your plan in the middle of the month, for example, on the 15th, your change will be scheduled for the next billing date. This means you will continue to have your current plan until the end of the billing cycle. After the next billing date, your new plan will go into effect, and you will be charged the latest price for the next billing period.
We will listen to you. Your ideas, bug reports, and other feedback will be carefully addressed. Your feedback is critical to us, and we value it greatly.
You can cancel your plan anytime, but no refunds will be issued. However, your subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Compatible payment options are PayPal and Stripe.
